25 Daily Christmas Devotions for the Month of December

It’s December 1, and if you’re like me, you’re already running from one thing to the next, throwing Christmas ornaments on trees as carelessly as your kids and hoping for the best.

And what you really need for Christmas is rest.

And the ability to focus on the reason for the season.

It isn’t your family.

It isn’t their gifts.

It isn’t perfectly crafted Christmas cookies.

It’s Christ.

Several years ago I wrote a daily devotional for our church.  The purpose was to give families a way to worship together every day.  You can find links to 25 daily devotions  below or you can download

Whichever way you read it, I hope this will encourage you and your family this month.  The devotions are brief and all include suggestions for worshipping with your family in creative ways.
